Our lovely 2000 square foot four bedroom three bathroom villa is located in a new gated community, called Aviana, in Davenport, Florida. Our villa is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks, I-4 interstate and Champions Gate Golf course. It is also a short drive from the Universal & Sea World Resorts. Quick access to the theme parks and luxurious living combine in this beautiful villa. Our kitchen provides you with just about everything you need to cook for any occasion. You have a choice of eating in the kitchen or formal dining room or out on the patio by the pool. Both the kitchen and formal dining room have seating for 6 guests each. Our living room and formal dining room combined allows you to entertain your guests. The family room over looks our sparkling pool and features a 51\" flatscreen tv and a blueray dvd player and both the living room and family rooms are equipped with comfortable furnishings. Large bedrooms provide spacious living. Our villa has two master bedrooms with ensuites. One master has a king size bed with a flat screen tv and an ensuite that consist of a sink, toilet, walk in shower and garden tub with the walk in closet off the bathroom. The second master bedroom consists of a queen size bed with a flat screen tv and an ensuite that consist of a sink, toilet and bathtub and shower combination. The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each and a shared main bathroom with a sink, toilet and bathtub/shower combination. All mattresses have been upgraded in each bedroom to make sure you have a restful night. There is a travel cot, high chair and stroller for very young guests. The garage acts as a games room, equipped with foosball and air hockey tables. We have a washer and dryer for your use. The attached pool is fully enclosed providing quiet privacy for your family as you relax poolside. There is a safety fence around the pool if required for your child’s safety. The community clubhouse provides activities for all the family.
